“It’s Not a bug, it’s a feature!” — The Blue Screen Of Death is a common Windows thing. I felt ithard last night. What caused it: a Windows update. it was bad, my system no longer loaded. I had to restart my PC… now I’m reinstalling everything again. On a PC of barely 2 weeks. For many far more used to this it’s SOP. To me, it’s just so FUN! <sarcasm dripping>

One Frustrating Problem Solved — I spoke of my issues with Windows 11 Service Pack 1 needing all software ro come from the Microsoft Store. Heads Will Roll at Microsoft! SP1 For Windows 11 is Diabolicaljeffreyallanboman.medium.com One of my friends said he didn’t have that problem, so I looked at the permissions, and all is fine now. A quick fix, and it’s solved.

‘The Stronger The Mind, The Simpler The Interests’ — This evening is the WWE Summerslam PPV. As much as Jim Cornette is a student of the game, I’m a lesser one, because a) he has worked in all facets of it (I haven’t) and b) I don’t swear half as much as he did. This was meant to go out yesterday, but I ran out of time.

Still on SP1, But I’ll Take a Win of Any Kind — For some reason my password didn’t work on something I really needed. Fixed! (That’s cryptic, but I’m not comfortable with sharing all.)

SP1 For Windows 11 is Diabolical — I have the Service Pack 1 for Windows 11, and it’s as bad as some have said. Scratch that. It’s worse. No longer can I install third party software. When I try to install, a warning pops up saying I have to look in the store. I use Scrivener 3 a LOT for my writing. Now, I can’t even install it. I’m not pleased.

There’s a Good Reason Though That’s my old computer… over three weeks ago, the CPU melted down. Until I replaced it, I had no way to get online. Back to making content.
